The Top 10

The spider charts for the countries with the top-10 overall innovation scores (right) display the relative strength—rated on a scale of 0 to 5—of each country in each of the category areas: intellectual property (IP), intensity, enterprise support, education/workforce and foundations. Points further from the center indicate a higher score in a category, and points closer to the center indicate a lower score in a category. A 'big' web indicates high results in all categories, whereas a smaller web indicates weaker measurements. The numbers inside the webs give the overall innovation scores for each country.
